What to Expect During Your
‍Hyperbaric Therapy Session

During a standard 60- to 120-minute therapy session, you'll relax on a memory foam mattress inside a pressurized hyperbaric chamber. When you're in the chamber, you can read, listen to music, or work on your tablet while you breathe oxygen through a mask. While you're meditating, relaxing, or working, oxygen will saturate your blood plasma and spread throughout your body.
